There were many more leads than follows, so some leads did not have partners during some rotations. The rotations are frequent though, so everyone still gets a lot of reps in. Javier was teaching tonight instead of the usual Ronald/Kiki pair.

The class was super high energy, and I left sweaty and smiling. My hamstrings were really sore the next day and I wasn’t expecting that. I would drop in again the next time I’m in town.

It’s such a friendly and fun environment. Stephanie has a beautiful & radiant vibe and I love how she’s really good at creating a safe space, uses positive reinforcement, and encourages messing up as you learn, which allows you to feel comfortable and confident as you’re learning. You definitely want to take her class!
