During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. I had requested a swedish massage but she noticed how tense I was and asked if I wanted a more deep tissue massage since the swedish massage wouldn't do much for me. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I felt so relaxed. Definitely would go back again!
