From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was impressed by the lovely, clean space and the high-quality equipment available. Bethany proved to be an exceptional instructor, radiating positivity and encouragement throughout the class. Her uplifting energy and motivational spirit added a special touch to the session, making it both enjoyable and effective. I felt supported and empowered by her guidance and instruction. Not only was Bethany a great instructor, but the atmosphere created by the people at Mighty Pilates was warm and welcoming. Despite my initial nervousness, I was quickly put at ease by the friendly staff and fellow participants. The inclusive environment made me feel comfortable and motivated to give my best. In conclusion, my experience at Mighty Pilates with Bethany as the instructor was truly exceptional. I left feeling energized, motivated, and eager to return for more classes. I highly recommend Mighty Pilates to anyone looking for a welcoming environment, top-notch instruction, and a great workout experience. I can't wait to come back for more sessions in the future.

The teachers are warm and kind, and offer clear instructions and unique sequencing. The playlists are always an enhancement rather than a distraction, and the live music classes are wonderful. Can’t recommend this studio highly enough!
