RED LIGHT THERAPY 15 Minutes (1 Credit)
alle beoordelingen weergevenOne of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed the oxygen/ compression session (lol, that rhymed) and Red Light Therapy! The Fire & Ice session was so relaxing. I had to go home and take a nap! I got to watch selling sunset while in the sauna, 10/10 experience. Incredible hospitality and such a calming environment in every room. 🩷

alle beoordelingen weergevenI did the cryo session and at this facility the attendant remains in the room for the session. As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. It might seem a bit “extra” to some that can’t relate but I wrote this for my fellow people out there who want to try it but may be hesitant. Great staff, great facility!
