Good place for beginners and those looking for a studio that isn’t intimidating. They focus on numbers and less on choreography/speed but generally strike a good balance of both. The numbers shown in class are a good motivator to push harder!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat spot for an open gym session. Staff was nice and helpful. equipment was functional, and I only saw a handful of machines that were out of order. Lots of free weights and kettle bells to choose from. The only piece of equipment that I would’ve wanted was a ski erg. Not the cleanest gym, but clean enough for my taste.
