The movement combined with break work, chants and a music serenade at the end were amazing, and having such a heart-centered instructor left me feeling rejuvenated. This and his Sunday class are some of my favs. Yoga nest always feels like a community of kind individuals and I will definitely be back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI took the Advanced Magic Vinyasa class this morning with Amit at Magic Carpet Yoga, and it was amazing! We practiced his Opening Series, and although it was definitely challenging, it felt incredibly rewarding. Amit’s guidance through the sequences was clear and supportive, pushing us in the best way possible while ensuring we focused on alignment and breath. I left feeling invigorated and inspired to keep improving. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to deepen their practice!
