alle beoordelingen weergevenI would do this again. Being a senior, I don’t recommend standing on a bike and pumping with no resistance. I can slowly hard pedal up a hill slowly, but, fast is hard on the knees. Those moves are better on an elliptical or the kind of bike that has a screen on an a simulated hill (resistance). I just stayed in the seat the whole class. Still, I made it through and did not feel out of place or shamed. I’m more fit than most my age and have sense enough not to wreck my knees. Mel was wonderful.

It was my first time ever attending an F45 class, or really any workout class… so I was pushing myself out of my comfort zone. The class definitely kicked my butt. I do feel like this type of training will increase your cardio endurance in the most efficient way possible, especially for someone like me who hates running. I will be back… for another challenge!!
