I also really appreciate and enjoy the sequences that Alex puts together. They’re focused (for example today was all about twisting) and everything builds. It’s hard but in a way where you feel like you’re growing in your practice, not just developing knots in your quads and shoulders from repetitive planks and warriors.

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process .
