Since it was my first time at the studio, she took extra time to show me around and explain everything, which I really appreciated. During class, she was very straightforward, encouraging, and easy to follow. Even when some of the poses felt too advanced for me, she always offered several modifications and options so everyone could choose what worked best for their level. That made the experience feel inclusive and stress-free. Kristine created such a positive and supportive environment, and I would highly recommend anyone to book a session with her!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJessica is so so kind! This was my first ever barre class. I was very nervous, and she helped me through the whole thing in a gentle, encouraging way. This class in particular worked on all major muscle groups, so my legs, abs, arms, etc., did not get too fatigued to the point I couldn’t complete the full range of exercises. I’ll definitely do this again!
