It was my first time & I was nervous based off some of the reviews & while the workouts are challenging, there are demos of the workouts at each station prior to class and you can definitely just do your best at each station. It’s you vs. you. The instructor offered demos throughout the class in case we forgot and modifications and corrected posture when needed! Good music, fun & challenging! I’ll be back!

They were super nice and let me enjoy the facilities anyways, but class pass please communicate with your “partners” so they aren’t in an awkward position

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe ending of the class was fun, but the majority of the class is the instructor talking… they also overfill the classes, there was only three poles that were able to be used for the class and I think there was 12 people in the class I was in. If you’re looking for a work out, this is not it. My watch counted a total of 20 minutes of actual work out during the hour and a half class time. The teacher just kept trying to sell people on doing class packages.

I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.

The other people that showed up had attempted to reach someone from the business just before 8a and just after but there was no response. About 8:10 we called again and finally the owner answered stating that someone else was supposed to be teaching but that she happened to be on her way there and would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited until 8:30 and there was still no one that showed up so we all decided to leave. I love to support my people and minority businesses but this was a little out of hand in the business professionalism department.
