You leave feeling so energized and invigorated, but it’s incredibly challenging and purposeful. Hayley is an amazing instructor and I really appreciated the hands on cues. I bought a class pack because I loved it so much

I take sculpt, pilates, Lagree, and strength classes at studios all over the Valley, and Pvovle with Brandon has me hooked. You leave feeling so energized and invigorated, but it’s incredibly challenging and purposeful. Brandon’s energy is amazing from the moment class starts, and his cueing is so clear and intentional. He knows exactly how to guide you into the movement so you feel it in all the right places, which makes the workout incredibly effective. I can’t wait to come back!!
