Gordon included meaningful sentiments throughout the practice as reminders about how yoga and breath can come off the mat with us. Cueing was so helpful. Felt great after!

alle beoordelingen weergeventhis was my first time doing yoga here and my first hatha class and i’m so, so grateful i decided to give it a try. i’ve been here for coffee before and always loved the welcoming energy inside. karin is such a fantastic instructor. she made me feel so welcome and her messaging throughout the practice really hit me hard and brought up some emotions i wasn’t anticipating coming up today. just an overwhelming sense of peace and truly coming home to myself and my inner being vs. just pushing through a workout and being focused on my body and exertion level. the breathwork and integration made all of the difference. so excited to add this class into my routine. 🙏🏼

I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!
