alle beoordelingen weergevenThis gym has CrossFit-like programming. Today’s workout was 26min alternating between jump rope, bike/row, hang cleans, push press and wall balls. We then finished with a shorter ~6min tabata. I wish I could find the workouts online ahead of time so I’m not doing big lifts on back-to-back days.
