alle beoordelingen weergevenLovely, calming space and the class worked on stretching while using the sling to assist with balance. Honestly I got a little dizzy from spinning but it was fun! I have some aerials experience but there are still differences between silks and sling, so there were a couple of things I needed a bit of instruction to do, but nothing was too difficult.
