I stopped getting massages for awhile because either it would be too light or so deep I’d be in more pain after than before. Thank you Sarah! I’ll definitely be back

Cool scented towels, aromatherapy spray, lovely mineral shower and the beach area with tea and oranges. The front desk staff are great. I come in feeling like a wreck and leave feeling much better.

Offered an orange and candlelit tea in a relaxation room after the sauna session that was way better than I imagined (there’s actually sand on the ground, it was like being at a beach)! So refreshing after the hot sauna. Sauna was very spacious and the music was very relaxing. They also offered a peppermint chilled small towel to help cool down. Loved that you could change the color (other than red) of the sauna to target different needs. Would totally recommend city sweats to anyone wanting to relax! Totally worth the 18 credits.

I had no idea how relaxing and meditative it would actually be. I truly believe more people need floating in their lives after this experience!
