I have been rehabbing injuries from different sports and have found that these barre classes are perfect for working on fundamentals of joint movement that help build strength and functional ability. Ashish’s guidance is also super helpful to achieving the best posture. Also the studio is really clean and has fab vibes.

The studio has a calming atmosphere and provides bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and more.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI LOVED my first class at Limber Yoga! I am still new to yoga so I tried the Friday morning Beginner class first. Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. I can’t wait to try more classes!
