    Really loved the sequencing today. It wasn’t overly complicated or like super challenging the entire duration but a nice pace with a good variety of movements for the legs and abs. Don’t get me wrong, I was definitely shaking. I also found that I was able to keep good form and do the moves for the whole class.

    My first class at this studio - and my first BodyPump class in probably about 14 years! The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)

    It was my first time at MOOV Sanctuary, and I felt welcomed and accepted, as I enjoy yoga but I don’t attend a regular yoga class (yet!). I loved that Nina was so patient and talked through everything, even suggesting minor adjustments when possible. The small class went at a good pace and focused on mindfulness. Plus, the studio itself was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m hoping to take another class with Nina soon, I highly recommend her!!

    I LOVED my first class at Limber Yoga! I am still new to yoga so I tried the Friday morning Beginner class first. Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class.     I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.
