alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first time at this studio and consider myself a beginner to use the reformer. Lance was great. It’s a small class so the teacher can focus on each student. Great stretch, great way to learn the reformer poses well. Lance was also very funny.

He demonstrates each pose clearly and will come around to correct and adjust each of us. He definitely will stretch you to your limits which I really appreciate! He's still the best yoga Master out there for me! Thank you!
