Clean, aesthetic, health promoting, lovely finishing touches with a lavender towel after the work out and a pepper mint cup of tea 🥰🫶🏼 thank you so much, I will certainly be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this session, it was really relaxing but also made me feel like I did a lot of work on my body. Would definitely recommend for any age and if you wanted to do a class that isn’t a fast paced exercise. The heat makes it so soothing.
