Reps class can get a bit tedious if you’ve been doing it for a while but there was the opportunity to learn novel skills, and a very creative finisher at the end. Great class

Relaxed safe space to bring your baby with lots of room for prams around the edge and a little toy mat in the middle. Can tailor the class to your needs with heavier/lighter weights etc.

She kept checking in to make sure the pressure was right, and had a chat with me before we started to see how I was and if there were any areas to address/avoid. I felt very safe in her hands and was able to relax, even when the pressure was a bit firmer. The space was gorgeous and though I could hear traffic, it didn’t bother me or take away from the experience. Overall it was a great service and I would highly recommend this. Thank you Joy!

She is so friendly and brings a very calming atmosphere to the room. I always leave feeling so relaxed, exactly what I need on a Tuesday afternoon. 10/10 would recommend, and the classes are amazing value. Thank you Sam!

It was an intimate class and Anastasia was really focused on making sure that we were in the correct positions so we got really amazing stretches. The studio is also really fancy and nice and has a sauna and steam room. I’d definitely come back!
