As a plus-size girly, I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a studio. I felt included, supported, and genuinely comfortable. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The studio is very clean, the temp wasn’t warm at all for this particular class and the time flew. Being comfortable clothing, an eye mask if you have one or you can borrow one from them. Dorothy was wonderful and made the experience so relaxing. They have bolsters and blankets. Will be back, no doubt!!

The class itself was so therapeutic and well done, especially loved the cold towel at the end of class. 👏
