We used a yoga ball throughout which added a little instability and made the workout nicely challenging. This is relieved first time I did yoga and actually felt a burn. The Jacuzzis are unique, with different temperature available (one at 15℃). Only gripe was the low pressure at the showers near the jacuzzi and less shade. Saw some reviews of the place being stuffy - it's because electricity and aircon only switch on when you enter so it's not like immediately stepping into an aircon gym, aircon works fine.
