The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and incredibly nice, and they did a great job with my hair treatment. I was really happy with the results. Just one small area for improvement would be to be a little more careful during the hair wash and handling. There were quite a few times when soapy water splashed onto my face, and I was accidentally scratched lightly a few times by a stylist’s nail while my hair was being handled. Nothing major, a little more care would make the experience exceptional . I had a lovely experience and really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. Would happily come back again!
