He's incredibly hands-on, going around to guide, correct and pace the riders throughout class. If you're a beginner and happen to land in his class, you're seriously in luck because you'll pick up proper spin technique and improve so much along the way. For the advanced riders, the long final sprint is the ultimate challenge. I couldn't sustain it all the way but I would imagine how incredibly satisfying it must be when you do. And as always, the playlist is amazing and kept the energy high from start to finish✨

alle beoordelingen weergevenInstructor Jasmine was amazing and really fun!! It’s my first time trying a pole class in SG since I’ll be moving here soon! The studio has lots of poles, enough for everyone. The temperature is great, wipes, alcohol, and Dry Hands grip were also provided (note that Monkey Hands and itac are not allowed). Just remember to bring water and face towel! Great session for first timers, the instructor makes it less intimidating. Just be prepared to sweat!! Will consider enrolling here once I settle in.
