The flow itself is a lot more about the lower body so great for those recovering from an injury to wrist, shoulder etc. My hips are really tight and hold a lot of my tension so a focused session of opening them up was just what they needed!

Class is very systematically taught and various options are given to suit various levels (so if you're stronger you can level up and vice versa). The instructor Laval is very encouraging and knowledgeable. He generously shared a lot of tips, like for example, when doing pushups, he taught us which muscles to engage and how engaging different muscles will train different parts of the body (Cali classes are conducted at level 4).
