She did her best to cater to both regulars and new comers and even translated to Mandarin for those who needed it. Please have class etiquette to book a class in a language you understand and at your experience level, otherwise it breaks the flow and is unfair to both the good instructor and fellow class goers. Reformer by the side mirror has a missing red spring and a loose left bolt, pls repair it for safety.
