see all reviewsCici is patient and gracious even towards students who attended the class with no prior experience and who do not understand English. She did her best to cater to both regulars and new comers and even translated to Mandarin for those who needed it. Please have class etiquette to book a class in a language you understand and at your experience level, otherwise it breaks the flow and is unfair to both the good instructor and fellow class goers. Reformer by the side mirror has a missing red spring and a loose left bolt, pls repair it for safety.

see all reviewsGwen gives very precise instructions and her pacing is good, hence the breathing is very easy to follow. For those who have more experience with chair, this might not be suitable. I did not break a sweat at all nor did I feel any ache after.. but for newbies this should be a good starter class!

see all reviewsHighly recommend, especially if you want to have a great workout and to sculpt your body. Joyce is so endearing and encouraging and the flow of the class is really good with a nice warm up, working on the arms, legs, glutes, core, etc and a proper cool down. I worked up a really good sweat (sweated more than expected lol). I think this class is more intense than reformer pilates. I really enjoyed the class and felt a sense of accomplishment after the class. The space is cozy and nice. Location wise is at Joo Chiat Rd near i12 mall (kinda opp i12).

see all reviewsThe space is really nice and calming. It's a stretch class and we also used tennis balls for myofascial release (my first time doing a myofascial release class). Some of the stretches can be quite deep (depending on your body). But the good thing is Wilfred gave options each time so it's good for every body type. I like this class, it's a really good class to end the day. Felt like I had a really good massage. (I came to add this to my review: I had the DEEPEST SLEEP OF THE YEAR after this class last night. Amazing~)

see all reviewsChristine is experienced and thus, she has higher expectations in class. I won't recommend it if you are joining yoga for the very first time. Despite this being a basic class, the poses were relatively intense and delivery speed was fast. Today's yoga was focused on the lower half body and phew, it was intense even for me who has been practicing yoga for quite a while now. Anyhow, if you are looking for an experienced and caring instructor for a basic class, look no further! Join Christine's class. 👍

Apart from her clear instructions, she takes time to correct our poses and gently nudges us to go deeper over time. see all reviewsThe 90min class was fab and would be suitable for those who like flow classes. It was a continuous flow where even recovery was active. It challenged just enough, and ended off with a short and soothing soundbath. Instructor is also very good - soothing voice, gd enunciation, very clear cues, gd control of backgrd music (to the extent of when to make it louder/softer). All these made for a great workout. I will be back.
