alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was wonderful! Finally found a facial beautician who does the traditional style (just the way I like it) of manual blackhead extraction with full face and neck massage. Grace was very attentive; she asked about my skincare routine etc and customised the facial according to my skin needs. The treatment included an AHA & BHA peel, anti-aging ampoule, and an algae & mint essence mask (products are made in Spain). I also have to applaud on her massage expertise; during the face massage she could tell I had some lymphatic blockage around my cheeks & lower jaw area, so she helped to massage the ‘lumps’ away. All in all a really awesome experience, I will definitely go back to her again!

alle beoordelingen weergevenDo not book with this place. They are a scam. Would give 0 stars if I can. Book an appointment nearing to CNY’s date via, even called to confirm. Upon arrival for appointment, staff told me classpass is not usable for peak period (understandable), and cash has to be paid. Paid cash and staff offered to reschedule the appointment made with credits. Also double checked and confirmed with them for this. Upon arriving for second appointment, staff said that classpass is only usable 5pm onwards (was never mentioned by the company before). Had to call the boss 87886988, told me that she had ‘taken over’ the after the appointment was booked under classpass so she had not received the credits. Not trying to calculate here but is that my issue really? This is their issue with their previous handler. These are things that should have been communicated since the very first appointment, if you don’t accept classpass credits just let your clients know instead of coming up with excuses that don’t tally (only accept 5pm onwards for classpass members to taken over shop credits were not received). Wasted time to go down for a second appointment. Just don’t book with them, communication itself is a tough problem.
