As someone with more fine hair, I was a bit nervous walking in (as I wanted layers), however knew I was in good hands right off the bat. My layers look AMAZING and hair looks so voluminous and thick. Definitely am coming back:)

I arrived early, about 40 minutes before my appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes at most before starting (early! :). The hairstylist who took care of me was very nice! For people who don’t live in New York and want to use ClassPass: don’t forget to tip! I actually gave an advanced tip before the service even started, and honestly, I think that made a huge difference. As I mentioned, I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on ClassPass, and I believe one key factor is that people forget the basics — tipping. In New York, tipping is highly valued and expected! The blowout took a while, but I was totally fine with that — I’d rather it take longer than be rushed and end up with my hair burned. The hair wash was nice and relaxing. If you’re open to, I do recommend this little salon, and I would came back.
