This specific class there wasn’t much of a warm-up and we got into some more difficult poses and lifts pretty quickly, but it was still a fun yoga class, just not necessarily the introspective and quiet class that you might expect from a typical yoga flow. Great way to chill out on a friday night!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuper fun! Renvil is so nice and welcoming, and gave the class a positive focused atmosphere. If i lived here i’d attend regularly, it’s a solid full-body workout that you can adjust to any intensity with varying weights. I loved his pop playlist too hahaha

Unless they’re going into the back row (or actually follow instructions the whole class…), it’s too much. Overall lovely flow though and perfect balance of heat in there

alle beoordelingen weergevenMegan’s form cues and science were solid — you can tell she’s knowledgeable and intentional about what she says while leading class. She also provided space, without judgement or restriction, for us to make it more challenging or modified depending on what you needed (which was good for a mixed level group). Note: it’s not the most challenging class, so if you’re looking to break out major sweat and hit 2nd stage muscle — it’s less effective in that sense but it was honestly just the workout I needed for a Sunday reset on a fatigued day.

alle beoordelingen weergevenEmma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.
