The one armed tricep work and inner thigh work definitely had me shaking! Looking forward to taking more of Lauren’s class. p.s the sound level is always very high in all classes, if this is something that bothers you, they do provide foam ear plugs or you can bring your own.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Shelby’s class! Her playlist is always so fun and energizing. The class is challenging (burning and shakes!) so I appreciate the intermittent stretching. Im a newbie so at times I was a bit confused so I appreciate Shelby stepping in to offer helpful form corrections. There doesn’t seem to be a parking lot but street parking is ample and easy. Love Pure Barre and I love Shelby’s class!!!

I had been a bit nervous about taking such an intense class; however, the instructors went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable with the workout routine and with the environment. alle beoordelingen weergevenI booked the first visit acupuncture. Dr. Tran really listened to all my issues and told me how she was going to address them. She is also a chiropractor and very knowledgeable. The acupuncture was interesting. I didn't feel most of the needles going in, just a few but not too bad. Once they're in, the don't hurt and you relax with them in place for about 15 minutes. Afterward my issues decreased dramatically. I'll be coming back to see how it continues to help.
