My nail technician, Tina, was great! Simple manicure and pedicure and it was done perfectly. I felt pampered, Tina was both swift and thorough! The negative part of this: I was told Classpass covers $46 and the service is $50 so I needed to pay $4. Thankfully I was warned from previous reviews so I was ready for it but I did explain to the manager that does not align with how Classpass works. We're meant to pay through the app and that's it. He didn't think $4 was a big deal but I tried explaining to him that it was a big deal to ask people to pay beyond what's listed in the app. The only cost outside the app was meant for tips. He said he would talk to his other managers and see what they could do to fix it. I won't hold my breath but maybe they'll do something? Let's see.

Was not seen until 30 minute past appointment time. Once started the pedicure was great, however I have already had one toe chip within 24 hours. I’m hoping they were just having an off day as I have been beyond pleased in the past and I will give them another chance.
