alle beoordelingen weergevenLovely class!! Britt was a great instructor. The class was a nice level of heat. Instead of a flow we mixed it up today and did 1 minute long holds of yoga poses like chair pose and half moon. We had a Pilates section and used our body weight - it was challenging but not TOO challenging. We had a nice long cool down and stretch section too :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time, everything was pretty accessible (I planned my parking before the drive)! The class was so relaxing. I was able to fully ground myself in the class, and it was challenging! I am a sweaty girl, so even this room had me drenched by the end. Loved this place:)

alle beoordelingen weergevenDebbie was kickass!! She pushed me to getting a full body burn with minimal breaks (though she reiterates that you can take breaks as you need). Every muscle of mine was shaking. THIS is how you get a beach body for the summer!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a supportive environment! From the instructors to the other beginners. If you’re on the fence, don’t be — just go, it’s fun to learn something new! They switch styles of dance, so if you’re struggling with one, you might excel at the other, and you switch partners, so same thing with if you’re better with one person or another.
