Wendy is a beautiful human that really listens and gives good hugs, she shows up as a genuinely kind person and a fun and knowledgeable instructor. Coming from a dance background, I liked that animal flow felt like a fusion of modern dance and yoga. Loved it!!

While this is not a “yoga” class, it is very reminiscent of Yin, where you are holding poses between 4-6 minutes. As the saying goes, “ you’re not getting old, you just need to stretch” so come to this class and stay mobile!
