All Out: Strength
alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)
MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY AS FIRST TIMER. We are unable to switch any booked classes…Marathon
alle beoordelingen weergevenF45 is a WORKOUT in every sense of the word. The first class I attended was a marathon workout with two minute intervals and 30 seconds of rest. The 30 seconds felt like three seconds but overall it was a great experience. I felt like I worked out all of my muscles groups while strengthening my stamina. The variety of the exercises and energy by the instructors and other athletes made for a great workout and I’ll definitely be back
