Not only she came to check in on me regularly if there’s any uncomfortable feelings in the area, but also taught me how not to overuse my lower back to stabilise. Highly recommended, specifically for those with chronic injuries and would like to gain body awareness❤️❤️

It was my first time ever doing Pilates (or any class) and Fern took the time to walk me through understanding the carriage and reassured that if I was confused to shout out. The class itself was great, with Fern verbally describing and showing the steps, but there are also screens everywhere to show you the steps as well. The atmosphere was so kind and embracing, and the customer service is great! Would highly recommend if it’s your first time.
