alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat teacher- felt I got good movement but also a good mental break l from the class. The music playlist was perfect and I really enjoyed the scents used. My only addition would be to encourage the window to be open a bit for this cold season (and because I was working so enjoy the fresh air).

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class. I loved the balance between vinyasa and yin yoga styles. The class is busy and everyone arrives nice and early to chill and prepare for practice. The instructor was clear that this is our practice and we can listen to our bodies and do what our bodies ask for. Really lovely positive vibe and energy. Hope this instructor does more classes!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class. Jamie put us through our paces with an all over work out that I could feel the impact of a couple days after. Convenient location - lots of locker spaces (bring a lock). I will definitely return as it’s a great all body blitz.
