From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What stood out the most was the care and attention Lisa showed, especially knowing I had an injury. She took the time to check in with me beforehand, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. She also offered modifications to ensure I was both safe and challenged. Her expertise and passion for Pilates really shone through, and her clear instructions made it easy to follow along. I left the session feeling stronger, supported, and inspired to continue my Pilates journey. If you’re looking for a Pilates teacher who combines skill, kindness, and a personalized approach, I can’t recommend Lisa highly enough!
