She encourages and pushes her students to do better but at the same time giving her students options on how to modify some exercises depending on how your body feels. I love going to her classes.

Lindsey was fantastic, super encouraging, attentive, and she offered plenty of modifications that made the class accessible while still challenging. The studio itself is incredibly clean and well maintained, with great amenities that make the whole experience feel elevated. The room was heated to the perfect temperature warm enough to break a sweat but still comfortable throughout the workout. And the cool towel at the end was honestly the best touch, such a refreshing way to wrap up the class. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I LOVED that the class was smaller and allowed her to check our form and give us pointers. This is something I don’t normally get from regular lead classes. Definitely a challenging class but I loved every second of it!!!
