My facial boss was super sweet and personable, excellent with her hands and very skilled! - I will say the setting is not “relaxing” as I would have liked it. Music is pop mix ish, and lights are bright where you get your service. Didn’t love that, but the products are lovely and my skin felt rich and hydrated after. If you want a “girl boss in a hurry” vibe, it’s kinda there. Not a slow spa.
