alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a great class! I am not particularly a fit person, but I could work to my level with the instructor pushing me enough past my comforts to get fitter. Worked up a sweat and enjoyed the variety. It is definitely Bootcamp but catered to a variety of levels.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was pretty intense for a first time back in that environment in over 6 years, but the instructor was super lovely and super accomodating and made me feel extremely comfortable like asif I had a right to be there too which was absolutely incredible! Might need to get my fitness up a little before coming back to such an intense class but I’d love to revisit!
