Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!

He shares the most wonderful poems and changes it up each session. I really can not recommend this class enough. Namaste, thank you Paul

alle beoordelingen weergevenReally great teacher. The temperature at this studio can be a bit inconsistent. When it’s fully heated, I don’t think there’s a better place to do hot yoga. Yes it’s super challenging, but that’s the style of this type of class and you get such a good feeling after. It won’t be for everyone but the studio does offer other types of classes that aren’t as hot. This particular class wasn’t hot for the first half which was a bit disappointing, but it did get better in the second half and I still keep coming for the lovely vibe and fab teachers.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWow what a beautiful yoga studio! Make sure to take your own mat, I forgot mine. However you can rent for £1. I gave 5 stars because it was an amazing experience overall. Lucy was great, but I did have to ask her to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. She turned it down a little but I still struggled. So it was a bit annoying having to constantly look up to check what pose we were on. Personally I prefer yoga classes with very light background music. I thought the drum part at the end was beautiful, Lucy came around and banged a drum which made a lovely sound. But it was slightly ruined by the other music still on. One or the other would have been good. She also didn’t face the class, which I found to be a little impersonal. Other than this, it was a fab workout, I felt energised and refreshed afterwards, so thank you very much!
