Unfortunately, her colleague spoke loudly to her client (sitting opposite me) about how ‘annoying’ it was that classpass let people book when they’re busy. Not very welcoming. Was very glad it wasn’t her doing my blow dry and pleased with the result from the person who did.

Had to do some work during the pedicure and I was made very comfortable during this. Rhea did a beautiful job with the pedicure and I let her decide shape and colour and it paid off. Alina then did my manicure and again, lovely job - good experience and very calming. Really recommend based on today ! It’s also not super chaotic like other salons, you can actually feel pretty calm here. Great experience - thank you Rhea and Alina :-)

They were great though and one stylish (who I think had already finished and was going home) called Xena saved the day and did my hair. She was lovely and my hair looked great. I was really appreciative that she stayed and blow dried my hair as she didn’t have to. If I booked again through ClassPass I think I’d also contact the salon to ensure they had the booking.
