The massage is in a private room and was great. I’ve been here a couple of times for other treatments (try their head spa too!) and will come back for sure :)

They were accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful, making sure I was okay with cut/style suggestions and the overall service. They let me know ahead of time that it was $20 extra for long hair and I was totally fine with that.

One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
