The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. They run the same choreography for about 3 months before it changes but you can join at any time, no issue.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class itself was really good, teacher is talented/ energetic. However, the music was extremely loud; my ears re still hurting ?!?! Another student had asked to lower the volume ; was lowered once and then forgotten about. I didn t want to be a Karen as other classmates didn t seem to be bothered. But the volume was abusive loud. Anyhow ; really enjoyed the class but the volume needs serious adjustment (in my opinion ofc)
