alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time with Ben and he was very good but very tough. He was very aware of everyone in the room and making sure everyone was okay if he noticed anyone wasn’t. There was no hiding as he was always around but made you work harder. Would definitely go back to him but he was probably one of the tougher instructors I’ve had so far.

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).
