All therapists are so lovely, especially Ana, and are experts at keeping you chatting during your session meaning it goes much faster than you realise (a huge bonus when you’re getting to the lower temperatures). I’m seeing and feeling more benefits in just one week than I thought possible. My energy is through the roof, I’m sleeping even better than usual, and fat appears to me melting before my eyes (insane!). I’m addicted. Thank you CRYO!
