The first few classes feel like a whirlwind, but once you keep showing up you start to get the hang of it and it’s so fun!!!! As someone who used to dance, I really love this class — but you definitely don’t have to have any prior experience. The DF community and energy is fantastic, and not to mention it’s a great workout ;)

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was exciting and fun! It was a great combination of dancing and toning. I liked Angela’s instruction and encouragement. I wish there was much less echo on microphone because it was hard to hear what the instructor spoke for the first half of the class.

The class was small and intimate and everyone was super kind and welcoming. It was a great class to unwind and align body, mind and spirit. Will be back <3
