It wasn't challenging in the way I thought it would be. More in the micro movement and control-which definitely challenge me way. I definitely do this class again.

alle beoordelingen weergeventhis was my first time at basi and it was great!! gloria was so welcoming, encouraging and had such an infectious positive attitude! i really loved how even though it was a group class, that she still made sure to check in with everyone individually and help with adjustments, things like that are so appreciated- will definitely be back to take another one of her classes!

The class had a calm, grounded energy while still giving me a great workout. I really appreciated how Suzanne met me where I was in my practice—challenging me without ever making me feel pressured or out of place. Her instruction was clear, encouraging, and thoughtful throughout the entire class. I left feeling like I had worked hard, but also relaxed and centered. Suzanne creates exactly the kind of environment that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend her class!
