It was not a rhythm based class and there was no choreography or anything. The music was super low as they have volume restrictions. If you are new to cycling, give this place a try. If you are a psycho spin class girlie like me, this will not be your jam.

I learned a great deal in my intro class and everything was practically applicable immediately. The instructor explained and demonstrated so well, and all the other participants were really eager and helpful. I highly recommend this school!!
